I highly recommend the Spanish program. As a student with a busy schedule, I was always motivated to attend because the classes are so helpful and I feel like I’m finally understanding things.

The amount of new words we learn is huge. It helps me stop using the same boring phrases and start sounding more normal. I also love that we talk about Mexican culture and real life topics. It gives me a good idea of how Spanish is actually used, not just what’s in a book. This cultural focus is the best way to start learning the language right.

My biggest improvement is that I can understand much more when people speak now. Doing the homework really helped me learn the main rules of the language. When we talk in class, even though my speaking is slow, the way we stay on one topic helps me put my ideas together better.

I would definitely recommend these lessons. We focus on using the language naturally, which is better than just doing drills. The topics are always interesting and make me try to use new words and grammar. Maggie is also very patient and speaks clearly, which is a huge help for someone just starting out.
